Questions
- When exactly am I charged?
- Only when you deliver the card. You can design it, share the link and collect every message without paying anything.
- What exactly is counted?
- Messages, not people. Every note, photo, video and voice message on the card counts once. Anything you hide does not count.
- What if more people sign than I expected?
- Nothing breaks. The price is worked out from the real number when you deliver, so you never have to guess in advance.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. One payment per card.
- Do the people signing pay anything?
- No. Signing is always free and needs no account. Only the organizer pays, once, when the card is delivered.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. Creating the card, sharing the link and collecting every message is free. You only pay to deliver it. A card that is never paid for is deleted after 90 days.
- Can I get a refund?
- If a delivered card does not work as described, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. A refund closes the recipient's link.
- What currency are prices in?
- US dollars. Payment goes through Stripe's secure checkout, and your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
