Card Event

How Card Event works

From an empty card to a delivered surprise.

  1. 01

    Design the card

Pick an occasion and a template. Set who it is for and when it should arrive.

    • Pick the occasion and a design made for it.
    • Say who the card is for and what it should say at the top.
    • Optionally set a reveal date, so the card opens on the day itself.
  2. 02

    Share one link

Everyone adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note. No app, no account.

    • Copy one link, or print the QR code for the office kitchen.
    • Everyone opens it on their phone and adds a message. No app, no account.
    • They can write, upload a photo, or record a video or voice note in the browser.
  3. 03

    Deliver the surprise

Pay once and the recipient gets a link to a card full of everyone they love.

    • Review everything, reorder it, hide anything that does not belong.
    • Pay once. The price follows how many messages the card holds when you deliver it.
    • Send the recipient their link. It stays live, so they can reopen it years later.

Common questions

Do the people signing need an account or an app?
No. Only the organizer creates an account. Everyone else opens the link in any browser, types their name and adds their message.
What can people add to the card?
A written message, a photo, a video or a voice note. Video and voice are recorded straight in the browser, on a phone or a computer.
Can the card open on a specific day?
Yes. Set a reveal date and the recipient's link stays locked until that day, so the card arrives on the birthday or the last day in the office rather than when you happened to finish it.
Can I remove or reorder messages before it is delivered?
Yes. The organizer can reorder every message and hide anything that does not belong. Hidden messages are not shown and do not count towards the price.
How long does the card stay online?
A delivered card stays available at its link, so the recipient can reopen it years later. Cards that are never paid for are deleted 90 days after their reveal date, or 90 days after creation when none was set.
Can people in other countries or time zones sign?
Yes. It is one link that works anywhere, so remote colleagues and family abroad sign the same card as everyone in the room.
