Best lunch is the ramen place on the corner. Trust me.

The first week in a new job is a blur of names and logins. A welcome card signed by the team, with a line and a photo from each person, is something a new starter can come back to when they are trying to remember who looks after what, and it tells them they were expected.
How it works, in three steps
- 01
Design the card
Pick an occasion and a template. Set who it is for and when it should arrive.
- 02
Share one link
Everyone adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note. No app, no account.
- 03
Deliver the surprise
Pay once and the recipient gets a link to a card full of everyone they love.

Common questions
What do you write in a welcome to the team card?
Your name, what you do, and one useful or friendly thing: when to come to you, a tip about the place, where to get lunch. The card doubles as an introduction, which is what a new starter needs most.
When should a welcome card be given?
On their first morning, or before they start if you want to calm first-day nerves. Set the reveal date to their start date and the link opens that day.
Can remote team members sign it?
Yes. The link works anywhere, and for a remote hire a video hello from each teammate is the closest thing to meeting everyone in person.
Does everyone need an account to sign?
No. Only the person organising the card creates an account. Everyone else opens the link, types their name and adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note.
How much does it cost?
Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it: $15 for up to 15 messages, $25 for up to 50, and $50 beyond that. It is not a subscription.
