Lisbon office

Leaving cards get signed by whoever happens to walk past the desk. A link reaches the whole team, including the ones who moved on years ago and would want to say something.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 01

    Design the card

Pick an occasion and a template. Set who it is for and when it should arrive.

  2. 02

    Share one link

Everyone adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note. No app, no account.

  3. 03

    Deliver the surprise

Pay once and the recipient gets a link to a card full of everyone they love.

Common questions

How do I organise a leaving card for a colleague?

Start a card, share the link in the team channel a week before their last day, and send one reminder two days out. Deliver it at the leaving drinks, or on their last afternoon.

Can people from other teams, or former colleagues, sign?

Yes. Anyone with the link can add a message without an account, so you can pass it to former colleagues and other offices as well as the immediate team.

How do I stop them seeing the card before their last day?

They cannot see it until you deliver it, and nor can the people signing. The one thing to watch is where you post the link: not in a channel they are in.

Does everyone need an account to sign?

No. Only the person organising the card creates an account. Everyone else opens the link, types their name and adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note.

How much does it cost?

Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it: $15 for up to 15 messages, $25 for up to 50, and $50 beyond that. It is not a subscription.
