The office will be quieter and much less organised. Congratulations!

Finance team

A career touches far more people than one office. A link reaches the colleagues from three jobs ago who would want to say something and never get asked.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 01

    Design the card

Pick an occasion and a template. Set who it is for and when it should arrive.

  2. 02

    Share one link

Everyone adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note. No app, no account.

  3. 03

    Deliver the surprise

Pay once and the recipient gets a link to a card full of everyone they love.

What to write, if you are stuck

  • The year you worked together
  • What they taught you that stuck
  • A story that still gets told
  • What you hope they do with the time

Ready-made lines, by who you are writing to

Etiquette notes and example messages written for this card.

What it costs

  • Up to 15 messages$15
  • Up to 50 messages$25
  • 51 messages and up$50

Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it.

Common questions

How do I reach former colleagues for a retirement card?

Send the link to one or two long-standing colleagues and ask them to pass it on. Nobody needs an account to sign, so it travels easily through old team chats, email threads and messages to people who left years ago.

Can the card include video messages?

Yes. Anyone signing can record a video of up to a minute, or a voice note of up to two minutes, straight from their browser, or upload one they already have.

Can we show the card at the retirement party?

Yes. Once it is delivered, open the link on a big screen at the party and go through it together. The retiree keeps the same link afterwards.

Does everyone need an account to sign?

No. Only the person organising the card creates an account. Everyone else opens the link, types their name and adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note.

How much does it cost?

Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it: $15 for up to 15 messages, $25 for up to 50, and $50 beyond that. It is not a subscription.
