He was so proud of you. I remember him at every one of your shows.

When someone loses a person they love, a single card signed by the whole team or the whole family says what no one person can: that they are not facing it alone. One link lets everyone add a few words, a photo or a memory in their own time, instead of a card passed round an office in silence.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 01

    Design the card

Pick an occasion and a template. Set who it is for and when it should arrive.

  2. 02

    Share one link

Everyone adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note. No app, no account.

  3. 03

    Deliver the surprise

Pay once and the recipient gets a link to a card full of everyone they love.

  • A memory of the person who died, if you knew them
  • Something that does not need a reply
  • A practical offer: a meal, a school run, cover at work
  • Simply: I am thinking of you

Common questions

What do you write in a group sympathy card?

Keep it short and sincere. Say you are sorry for their loss, name the person if you knew them, and share a memory if you have one. Offer something concrete only if you mean it. No one expects eloquence; they notice that you wrote.

Is an online sympathy card appropriate?

For a colleague, a remote team or a family spread across countries, yes: it lets everyone who cares say something, which a paper card passed round one office cannot. Keep the design quiet, and a handwritten note from the people closest to them is still welcome alongside it.

Should a sympathy card have a reveal date?

Usually not. Send it as soon as the messages are in, ideally within a week or two. What matters is that they hear from people while it helps, not on a set day.

Does everyone need an account to sign?

No. Only the person organising the card creates an account. Everyone else opens the link, types their name and adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note.

How much does it cost?

Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it: $15 for up to 15 messages, $25 for up to 50, and $50 beyond that. It is not a subscription.
