Happy birthday from the whole Berlin office!

Team

The card that goes round the office never reaches the people who work remotely, and it never holds a voice. Send one link instead and let everyone add a message from wherever they are.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 01

    Design the card

Pick an occasion and a template. Set who it is for and when it should arrive.

  2. 02

    Share one link

Everyone adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note. No app, no account.

  3. 03

    Deliver the surprise

Pay once and the recipient gets a link to a card full of everyone they love.

What to write, if you are stuck

  • A memory only you two share
  • The thing they are unreasonably good at
  • A photo from the year you met
  • Twenty seconds of you singing, badly

Ready-made lines, by who you are writing to

Etiquette notes and example messages written for this card.

What it costs

  • Up to 15 messages$15
  • Up to 50 messages$25
  • 51 messages and up$50

Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it.

Common questions

How do I make a group birthday card online?

Create a card, pick a birthday design and say who it is for, then share the link in your team chat or family group. Everyone adds a message, photo, video or voice note from their own phone, and you deliver the finished card on the day.

Can the birthday card stay a surprise?

Yes. People signing add their message without seeing the finished card, and the recipient sees nothing until you deliver it. You can also set a reveal date so the card only opens on their birthday.

Can people who work remotely sign it?

That is what it is for. The link works on any phone or computer, in any time zone, so the colleagues in other offices and the friends abroad sign the same card as everyone else.

Does everyone need an account to sign?

No. Only the person organising the card creates an account. Everyone else opens the link, types their name and adds a message, a photo, a video or a voice note.

How much does it cost?

Building the card and collecting messages is free. You pay once, when you deliver it: $15 for up to 15 messages, $25 for up to 50, and $50 beyond that. It is not a subscription.
